At Trailcraft Outdoor Gear, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, reliably, and at a fair cost.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Some of our distributors are located outside of the USA with lead times exceeding 7-10 business days for made to order or handcrafted items. 

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Free standard shipping on  orders over $35.

  • Flat-rate shipping will be calculated at checkout for orders under $35.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping only to select countries within North America. Shipping to countries outside this region is either unavailable or offered on a limited basis. 

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement.
