At Trailcraft Outdoor Gear, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, reliably, and at a fair cost.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Some of our distributors are located outside of the USA with lead times exceeding 7-10 business days for made to order or handcrafted items.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Free standard shipping on orders over $35.
Flat-rate shipping will be calculated at checkout for orders under $35.

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal demand.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
We currently offer international shipping only to select countries within North America. Shipping to countries outside this region is either unavailable or offered on a limited basis.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement.
